Private Residence
The house consists of a central body, the soul of the whole building, and two large side wings.
The right side is dedicated to welcoming guests in large double-height halls, while the left side leads to a large outbuilding where the banquet hall is located, completely frescoed with typical equatorial landscapes.
The main building is a huge open-space where there is a spiral staircase, also frescoed, with a wrought iron and gold leaf railing leading to the second floor. Here the sleeping area includes two presidential suites and a private SPA. The materials used are very refined, the floors are made of red Alicante carpets and light and dark Emperador perimeters, while the wooden wainscoting is richly carved and embellished with fabric inserts.
