The three buildings are connected to each other by covered passages.
BUREAUX MINISTERIELLE DAKAR – SENEGAL
The project includes three twin buildings, consisting of seven floors plus a basement car park each.
Each raised floor has an area of 2,700 square metres, while the basement is of 3,200 square metres.
The buildings house ministerial offices from the first floor upwards, while the ground floor is reserved for prayer areas and various types of stores.
The three buildings are connected to each other by covered passages that lead to pedestrian squares where there are typical baobabs and a symbolic fountain, in which a bronze lion represents the Senegalese people.
On the right side of the buildings there are parking lots for external users while the covered ones will be for the exclusive use of ministers.
The style used is contemporary.
